Now the problem with most homes is that you have nowhere to exercise indoors, or an indoor fitness center. You can get an outdoor workout by using some stairs, but those are tough on knees and ankles. You can still get a great workout by doing light cardio like running up and down the stairs.



Another great option is to use a treadmill. These will have you run around the track and maybe out on the lawn a bit. Another cheap option is a simple box that you stand on with a bar or cable, or even the old fashioned broomstick. The only problem with this is that you may end up dropping it if you are not careful.

A platform is a great choice for all different kinds of exercises. One of the exercises on the platform is called the push-up. If you are looking for something a little more challenging, you can also try rock climbing.

You can either do the normal plank or you can take a leap from the platform by using it as a platform. This is called the diving board. If you want to work your legs or core you can try the bike rack, this is a rack that you hold bikes on with extra room underneath.

The last thing you need is a home gym that you can do in the garage. You can use this as a jumping board or just to exercise on without risking any damage to your vehicle.
